- An ancient chinese exercise form to promote longevity, health and
fitness of the body, mind and spirit.
- The soft gentle movements of Tai Chi are easy on the body with a full
Tai Chi workout being able to exercise every bone and muscle in the
body without sprain or strain. A morning Tai Chi workout invigorates
the body making it ready for the day ahead. Practice at the end of the
day relieves the stress and tension that has been building up within
the body throughout the day.
- Rakesh Menon has a background in martial arts having practised Hua
Chuan Kung Fu and Wu Shu for the last 15 years. And although he continues
to teach and practice hard-form martial arts, his main focus has now
shifted to the world of soft internal arts of Tai Chi Chuan and Chi
Kung which he has been practicing now for the past 9 years.
- Rakesh conducts classes at NCPA in South Mumbai and at Dominic Savio
High School in Andheri East. Rakesh also takes private classes for those
want the undivided attention of their instructor.
